Conditions of Sale

Purchased Recordings grant the licensee an exclusive right to create a derivative work of the Recording, providing 100% ownership of the master sound recording copyrights and 50% of the publishing rights for the Work. The licensee receives 95% of all royalties generated from the master sound recording of the Work and must register with all applicable rights organizations (e.g., SoundExchange, The Harry Fox Agency, BMI, ASCAP, the MLC) 90 days before Commercial Release.
